This course is 3 miles from downtown Atlanta, and built into the surroundings very well. It is a hilly course, with nice greens and fairways. Two creeks meet in the center of the course, coming into play on most of the holes. Since the course is so old, the trees have grown beautiful. It's a classic course.

The only weaknesses are that at one point on the creek, a couple of jagged pipes hang out that should be cut and hidden, and a concrete wall contains the creek at one point. If that was manicured, it would be perfect.

I have only played the front nine at Druid Hills, but am on a wating list to become a memeber, and am looking forward to playing daily. The wourse is very well kept up. Read on.. . . . . . .

Customer Service

The people working in the proshop and the club are incredibly freindly and convenient. We were locked out, and the manager of the club came out of no where and opened to door for us. They are all so cheery.

The driving range is free to members, exept a small monthly fee for it. The restaurant is elegant, and the pros are very helpful. The pro shop is very nice, with the "wealthiest 1 percent" of golf cubs inside of it.
