After playing over 115 different golf courses in the United States, I have come to the conclusion that the best golf for my money can be found in Gay, GA. This course is very challenging with its poster stamp greens and some holes that are down right impossible to par. The key to this course is to make sure you save time to enjoy a round of poker after completing your 18 holes. Tell the owner JC Patel and his wife I sent you. Enjoy... This is golf the way it was meant to be played. Here, one can blend with nature. The atmosphere is very serene and laid back. No pressure, no waiting, no hurrying. Certainly not the best manicured course in the area but it brings alot of "down home" feel to the game of golf. The owner JC or his wife is usually there to greet you with a warm hello.
