Model Reviewed: Hard Labor Creek

Wonderful layout. You feel secluded and with nature when playing this course with many rolling hills. Saw deer and other wildlife at this state park course while playing it many times. It is my home course. The greens were replaced in June of 2005 and the new bermuda hybrid greens are fantastic. They are bermuda, but putt much like bent grass greens to me. This is a fairly tight course as it has many tree lined fairways. Not overly long, but it is not easy to score well. Number 1 is one of the more difficult starting holes in the state. It requires a cut drive of about 220 yards, then you are faced with a down hill approach to an elevated green over a pond. Very scenic with a functioning waterwheel and a waterfall on the signature hole. Well worth the trip from Atlanta to play this hidden gem!!

Customer Service

Very friendly staff with one of the best driving ranges in the state. Only decent food in clubhouse is a hot dog though.
