It requires you to hit every club in the bag. The wind can be brutal, particularly on the last two holes (that run alongside the ocean). I've seen people cite the wind as a weakness on a course, but this course was designed with the wind in mind. The wind is a positive because it provides a lot of variety. The course will play differently each round. Forecaddies are available. Use them.

Excessively hot in the summer. Be sure to wear insect repellant, too. Very exclusive club; therefore, very difficult to get on.

Course in superb condition. Carved out of the woods at the end of Sea Island.

Customer Service

The staff is great. The club is so exclusive that the staff frequently outnumbers you.
