The course is very beautiful, and is maintained by an excellent staff of groundsmen. The greens when at their peak in summer are awesome - Super fast with breaks that are not always obvious.

I really cannot think of anything that I consider a weakness.

An excellent course. To correct the first reviewer - it's the fifth that is a par 5. I won't disagree that it's very long. I have played here many times, and it never ceases to be a challenge. To post a good score, you need to be accurate, not necessarily long. Inaccuracy will leave you feeling punished, as the rough can be very rough! My favorite holes are number 7, 11, 14 and 17, because of their design and the challenge they can pose.

Beautiful Pete Dye beauty. Water comes directly into play on 14 holes or so. Tough shots into the wind when blowing, makes the par 5 4th exceptionally long. Greens deceptive in their under and over break, fast when dry. Immaculate groundskeeping efforts offer gorgous views on every hole. Beware the 7th par 4 and try an iron off the tee. Club Pro's are very friendly and approachable, good food in the club, nice locker room.

Water on almost every hole and that makes it more challenging. Very beautiful, holes are very different from each other.

Houses are too close to the rough, too many geese, rules are too strict.

Excellent maintenence, the greens are beautiful and so are the tees, and it's always different because the tees and holes are moved around daily.
