Don't let this course fool you. This is a short course. However, I have never played a course with so many elevation changes (maybe the course at the Phoenician in Scottsdale, AZ). Hole #1 is straight. The green sits down from the tee box and you will not see it until you are about 70 yards away. #2 is short. The tee box is about level with the green but a valley and a road separates them. Hit th ball too short and you are 20 feet below the green - good luck. Hole #5 is again across a valley. Hole #7 is uphill. Hole #8 is downhill. The tee box is a launch platform. A fun course. This is not the course to blast 300 yard shots. It is all about picking your irons and being accurate. Take your kids!
