I love this layout. If you like elevated tees, this is the course for you. I have played it numerous times and it varies from good condition to great condition. Wait till you see the huge green shared by holes 9 & 18. When they put them back, add 3 extra clubs to reach the pin. A great value for senior golfers, but don't dare try to walk it. Leave that for the younger set. A must play if you are in Boise.

For the money, best course we have in the valley.

Supreme! What a great course. The fairways are manicured to perfection with just enough hazards to keep you honest. Not overly tight, but requires accuracy. The greens are challenging due to the natural slope of the foothills. Clubhouse is nice and restaraunt has overlooking deck of the course. Be prepared to see wildlife including bobcats (they won't get close enough to worry about).

Deep rough in spots (a weakness for me)

Beautiful Course! Golfed in early March, so it wasn't plush by any means. But overall, a gorgeous course. Greens in fine condition -- and what a sight from hill to hill. Mountain views, and the course lives up to its name -- Quails along several fairways (Don't worry...they don't bite).
