Hole #16 is constantly rated amongst the state's best. Forest on the right side and a creek that runs at the bottom of the ravine about 80 yards from the green. Lots of mature trees and quick greens.

Front nine does not play nearly as tough as the back nine.

Glenwoodie is a fine course with quicker greens than other courses of comparable price. A good course for the value. Mature trees. Used to be owned by Joe Jemsek (Cog Hill). Now owned by the Village of Glenwood. Golf with cart on weekday will run you about $45. Morning breakfast / golf specials are a good value.
