Brae Loch is the cheapest and easiest of the three Lake County Forest Preserve courses. It's a fun course for beginners and mid to high handicappers because it isn't very challenging. It's not very well maintained. Some days you can't even tell rough from fairway. Whenever the area has a nice rainfall, Brae Loch floods and closes for a few days.

Customer Service

The staff seems to be a bunch of old timers who don't really care for people under 40. The bartenders always seem to be friendly though.
