Shoots in the 90s

This is an overall easy course. It's fairly long, but pretty wide open. The greens are small, so putting is made a bit easier. In the past the course gets extremely chewed up by early summer, but the conditions have improved this year. Fairways are a bit softer and the trees have been trimmed to give you a better chance from the rough. Water comes into play on only 3 or 4 holes and the bunkers are not really sand. A bit pricey for an urban course.

Customer Service

The club house is friendly, but there is a lack of organization. The majority of the time there is no starter and there is a high volume of 9 hole groups. This makes the pace really slow on the weekends.

Shoot in the 90s

I've played this course a number of times and find that the back nine is conditioned much better than the front. Overall, the course is pretty good. It allows beginners the opportunity to play a fairly open course where water only comes in on a few holes. It, however, also challenges the more experienced golfers the challenge of perfect shot placement for birdie. Par is more than a respectable score on at least 15 of the 18 holes.

The range is really a top-notch outdoor facility. There are 3 chipping greens complete with sand traps. Both grass and turf hitting is available. A large putting surface is also available and is comparable to the greens encountered on the course.
