This is my home course. I learned how to play here and play it at least a dozen times a year. Nice grass driving range. 2 courses. Traditional course is nice, most holes are tree-lined and puts up a nice challenge. Don't go too far off the fairway on the Prairie course, as OB prairie grass lurks everywhere. Greens always seem to be nice and consistent. Both courses play incredibly SLOW on the weekends. They don't space the tee times out enough

Customer Service

The worst in the world. The clubhouse is full of retirees who have no idea how to operate a computer. Often times the same person is working the snack stand and the bar, meaning long waits for either. The rangers are old grumpy codgers. No one there cares enough about their job to make Customer Satisfaction a priority. he prairie course doesn't even have a half way house!! Ther is one good thing about the customer service though. In the summer they have a little out door "tiki grill" and they always have tasty burgers and friendly, attractive young ladies working there.

Easy to get on, conditions very respectable and always improving, walking always allowed, friendly staff.

Rightfully attracts beginners, who sometimes slow the pace and fail to care for the course.

Remains an unbeatable value, especially for county residents. Two courses that are not terribly difficult but a sufficient challenge for most of us. Large grass range, chipping area, two practice greens.
