The course is pretty cheap in general and even cheaper for residents. Overall the course is in good condition.

The course is pretty short and the fairways have no fringe. Also the greens are flat so that they're not too exciting.

Tee condition is fine. There's a large yardage difference between the red tees and the white, but a minimal distance between the white and the blue. The course is only nine holes and has a par of 36. It is shorter than most normal golf courses. The Green condition are good and generally don't break much. Some greens have a lot of fallen willow tree leaves on them, which can affect the putting. The fairways and nice and thin with no fringe. The rough is only about 1.5 to 3 inches long, which is definitely not as long as some of more difficult courses that I've played.
