Shoots in the 90s

A friend and I were looking for a good day of golf other than our normal course, so we chose Edwood Glenn country club or should I say: " By the way if your not our type or golf the way we think you should, your a Butthead and we will get you kicked out" club. Let me guess that's where the word "Semi-Private" excuses all of the ill mannered "guests" comments why they are on the course! All I have to say about this club is that, this is not Beverly Hills and it is not on the PGA tour at least it was not the last time I checked so, therefore; Be kind and well mannered and accept all, were all just out for the same thing, a good fun day of GOLF!!!

Shoots in the 90s

I have enjoyed this season of golf incredibly at various courses within a 30-45 minute drive. Edwood Glen Golf Course was pretty sloppy today(14 July 2003)! Ok maybe it was really sloppy because of the rain we have had, but for goodness sake, please make the round worth my money. I did not feel I got my monies worth today. Probably not...but...I may agree that it was worth my money if the operator did not make the carts be returned almost three hours before dark. I was told to bring the cart back by around 6:00pm-6:30pm for insurance reasons. It didn't get "too dark" until at least around 9:00pm here tonight. My group was preparing to tee off at hole 10 when the operator came out and told us time was up for the riding cart(I don't remember the time), but we could use a pull cart. Oh gee thanks for the old, rusted, lanky pull cart. After the 14th hole we skipped to 18 since we were tired of hitting out of such horrible lies, also this was on the way to the truck conveniently. There was still at least 45 minutes till "too dark". Now...if we had the riding cart we could have finished those other holes in plenty of time for the operator to put it away safely. I isn't the best golfer nor writer, but I isn’t the worst either. No pun intended! I at least know a good round of golf, and today was not all that fun. Branden

Shoots in the 70s

Although relatively short, the small greens and well maintained course make it a challenging but relaxing round of golf. Shots available for every level of golfer. Also a real bargain for the area.
