The staff is always friendly, particularly the pro, Jeff. Pace of play is almost always good. Have to really hit a bad shot to lose a ball. Can play a slice out of opposite fairway most of the time. No. 10 par 3, with big downward slope on the green, at about 170 yards is about as tough as any par 3.

Might have to wait for group to tee off if you are playing out of their fairway, but at least you can find the ball and still have a chance at a par.

I play at Sunrise at least once a month. This is a course that is kept in good condition for a parks department course. Overall condition is 3.5 out of 5. Greens are toucher than you think, with several sloping back to front or crowned. Several of the fairways run parallell, it is possible for average or worse layer to score o.k. Only one poond to hit over on course. A couple of creeks really don't come into play.

Jeff is a great guy that always makes you feel welcome. They act like they are glade you are there, as opposed to some courses.
