Poor maintenance and poor practice facilities.

A decent course that provides frustration more than pleasure. Surprisingly difficult but lacking in entertainment value. This course is far from charming.

Frairways are normally excellant.

Conditions of the greens

The course can be very good to medium, depends on the conditions and the time of the year.

I would suggest you play the course. It is worth the time and the effort.
