Good soft fairways with little or no burnt areas. The fairways obviously get the most attention from maitenance. The course is a good value and seems to be open when others are busy. The "Orchards" and the abudence of streams makes for an interesting round of golf.

Tees are spotty and hard at times. Greens are a disaster at best for a person who has golfed at 18 hole courses.

Greens are in need of repair and a mowing. Fairways and tees are up to "Par" in most cases. Not a bad course for the cost to play overall.
