bad greens

I play at the golf course on a regular basis and i have to be honest, the course isnt for the top players. It is too small and the greens are always in horrible shape. The worst thing about the course is the staff, the head pro is a jacka$$ and others are rude.

POOR. Most of the staff is rude!

BAD COURSE

Greens held well and putted fairly smooth.

Rough had not yet grown back from the winter.

Played the course in early March 2001.

Fun, competetive course. Greens were somewhat smooth, but ball marks were evident. Overall maintenance was good and tee boxes were level and grassy.

Fairways were in good condition, but the rough was still somewhat dead with no new grass (winter was not over yet).

Customer Service

Pro shop allowed out of towners to play a 5 some as the course traffic was light on a weekday in March.

Several short holes that leave you options

The greens are hard to hold and not always in the best shape.

This course seems as though it should be very easy but it can actually come up and bite you. The greens are hard and small and usually elevated which can make them extremely difficult to hit. There is also a creek and many trees that can get in your way on a lot of holes. Some of the par four's are reachable which can be fun. The condition of this course is average.
