Short course with few hazards and greens that hold most of the year. Most of the greens putt true and stay in good shape year-round.

Overall condition; letting fivesomes and sixsomes out during afternoons (I'm not kidding);

The course has been under new ownership for a couple of years. They had the fairways in excellent shape early in 2000, but decided to rip them up in the late spring (and the peak golf season) to try their luck at bermuda. As of now (4/01) there is no grass in the fairways, only clumps of grass that apparently was seeded temporarily while the bermuda tries to come in. A couple of the greens are nearly unplayable. It's a shame, because this course has real potential, but the owners just can't seem to keep up the maintenance. They put zoshia (spelling?) grass on the tees, which has come in pretty good.
