Now is a public course called "Picadome". $9 for unlimited play, a great value. Didn't hit a fairway in nine holes, so I can't comment on them. Scrambled for a 44. 16 putts was pretty good for me, but the greens had still many leaves from the fall still on them and wern't in the best shape. Construction from October-December has spilled over and there were a couple of workers by my tee box. Course should be better in the late spring/summer when it's starting to be maintained better and when the construction is out of the way. Also, the course was VERY dry and many patches of dirt around dead grass. Greens looked like they had been watered regularly though. Good course to practice on after the winter layoff with cheap fees and a semi-challenging layout. Could get lost from green to tee on some holes.

Putting green was an okay size, but only 2 cups in, pro shop was average.

I found the course to be semi-challenging, as long as you keep it in the fairway you should be fine. The course was pretty dry in the rough and some of the grass was dead, leaving just dirt to hit off of. The greens were in O.K. condition, they had a couple of ball marks that were not repaired, making it hard to putt at times.
