Shoots in the 90s

Have been playing this course for several years. It is a good course but is getting worse. Three complaints: 1) It is overcrowded! They put out as many people as possible and don't care if a round takes 5+ hours; 2)The condition of the facility, fairways &, bunkers is not as good as it once was; 3) They will not tell you the lowest possible price (which is $25) unless you probe.

It's still a nice course when and if it's not overcrowded.

This south Florida staple was redesigned after being purchased a couple of years ago and the renovations (to course and clubhouse) have been well-received. A fine layout that presents a good challenge. Play well and you can really score; leave your A-game at home and this course can jump up and grab you.

Although the clubhouse facilities have not been recognized inthe area, they serve fantastic meals and treat you well.

Hillcrest has always been an adequate course. They recently renovated and although the course quality went up, so did the green fees. The highlight is definitely the island green on the ninth hole which tests ones skill and nerve. Overall a nice course to play, but for the $75 (I think) green fees in season, I''ll take the shoddier Orangebrook down the road for $18.
