This course is not maintained at all. I played a day after it rained and each bunker was essentially a water hazard. The fairways were as hard as the cart paths. The tee boxes had more dirt than grass. I wouldn't play this course again if they paid me. The old people who played ultra slow in front of us made it even more enjoyable.

Bay Hills is like the Motel 6 of a golf courses. You get what you need, but it's far from the best. I guess you get what you pay for...I love good deals, but I don't have the patience to take 7 hours to get through 18 holes. The price is cheap and so is the service. The starter rarely sends people off appropriately, they just let anyone play at any time. I had to wait for 3 carts ahead of me to hit at the 2nd hole last time I played there..probably won't come back.

Customer Service

Do they even have a starter or do they just let anyone play at any time whenever?

Bay Hills is a short course with a variety of different challenges. Some open fairways, some tight fairways, a couple of wicked doglegs, and some brutal pin placements. The problem is that it's not well maintained. The greens aren't too bad, but the fairways are dreadful. What makes matters worse is that the groundskeepers will water, fertilize, or mow while you're attempting to play through.

On the plus side, a round costs $25, and they throw in a lunch buffet. If I'm looking for a quick game on the cheap, it's a worthwhile course. If I'm taking clients out, I'd rather go to Eisenhower or Compass Pointe.

Model Reviewed: Bay Hills

I have a home course that is nicer and longer. I play at Bay Hills though. Value is king. For the money, Bay Hills has me at least twice a week.

The staff are all very friendly, The course is greening up well. They also have some good deals going on.

Recently I was even challenged by a ranger on the proximity of my cart to a sandtrap... I loved it... I miss the days of rangers driving people to get it done in under 4.

This course is not long but you have to be straight or you will find some very thick rough. You must take advantage of the front nine because the back nine is difficult and has many uphill approach shots. There is only 1 par 5- hole 10, which is one of the 2 good birdie chances on the back nine. The other one is the par 3 #18.

Customer Service

The staff is very nice and friendly. They have very good food and a great menu.

Nice course for all skill levels. A little short even from back, but course is tight enough for risk/reward. Zoysia fairways are always in great shape and greens are normally above average.

Customer Service

Friendly and reasonable

I've played this course several times and conditions and maintenance have always been good. Sometimes, during drought, it can be a little ragged, but Bays Hills stays ahead of most other area gourses.

Bay Hills is a short course that offer plenty of challenge for any handicap. Smallish greens and a few tight holes make this a fine course that's not overpriced.

Well kept greens and fairways, but tee boxes need improvment. Course is fairly difficult, very scenic, and nice to play. Water comes into play in about 10 holes. Friendly place, low price for a good game.
