Shoots in the 100s

Awfull. the people in the clubhouse are jerks. there are too many blind shots. no one that plays there apparently knows how to fix a divot and the fairways look like a fed ex field after a game. don't ever, ever waste your time or money going to this course. i feel sorry for the people that don't read this before they go or read it and go anyway but seriously it is a bad place. they will put people in front of you on the back nine if you are still on the front nine regardless of how close you are. the front nine moved smoothly but as soon as we made the turn and get to the tenth tee what do we find 3 idiot kids that just teed off in front of us. we got to wait 10 minutes at EVERY hole. one other thing the maintenence crew does not turn off there mowers when you are playing the hole. one actually drove in front of me as i was about to shoot!

Shoot in the 100s

Broad Fairways and fast greens. 4 holes cross water. Moderate length. A very good course for a mid-high handicapper (like me).

Shoot in the 80s

Not a real great layout. It seems a little tricked up. Some holes have pretty parts, but perhaps the land they had to work with was not optimal. There is mounding, but nothing looks natural about it. Go to Little Bennett instead.

Shoot in the 80s

Overall a pretty decent municipal course, especially for the price. The course is very wide open and not too terribly long. Fairways are a little spotty, but hard and fast. Tee-boxes are in somewhat rough shape. The greens, however, are excellent. When I played they were somewhat fast and rolled true.

This is a great course for a mid-high handicapper. Fairly easy to get a time and the price can't be beat in the DC area.
