I give the course an A+ due to the excessibility of the beer girls. The food is great and a good value.

The course is usually in excellent shape for the most part. It favors those who draw the ball for righties. It is a 5 out of 10 on a difficulty scale due to the changes made on 5 and 12 because of disgruntled neighbors, uncalled for.

Strenght is the lay out of the holes.

Some tee boxes need work.

Chicopee is a great course. It was one of the most Challenging courses in the area at one point in time although due to rude home owners. They have made many adjustments to there 2 hardest holes.

Practice green is alright and the drving range is a nice improvement. Although you have to walk to the pro shop first to get tokens. The food area is small but nice.

Usually in good shape unless the area is in a dry season. Great for fall golf after the erration has gone away.

The course just hired a bunch of new guys that just can't replace the old ones but you'll have to deal with it.

Good course, I played for Chicopee's golf team there throughout high school. All flat straight putts except for 4th, 5th, 12th, 14th holes.

Always lush green grass. Challenging but also a good beginner course. And scenery is very pretty.

Practice green is hard to find, and range is nice but a far walk.

Cart girls are friendly and easily accessible. New deck over 9th is great.

It is always beautifully kept up and the drink cart is great. I got my first birdie on the 160 yard 12th hole with a 7 iron to 5 feet. I will never forget that. The 8th is a perfect par 3 and the 9th is reachable with a wood from the tee. The new driving range is very cheap to hit a bucket before you play.

There are usually leagues so its tough to play later in the day. The course favors a draw/hook type player and most golfers slice. The sand has rock in it that can hurt your clubs.

I am a junior and the course is only a few miles from my house. It has a great junior rate for residents and the pro-shop staff is very nice. Will be playing there in high school golf and love the course.

Never saw a practice green.

Might be the best public course around for it's conditions. Beer cart ladies are always nice, especially the few that they do have.

Slow play and the sand traps need work. Always tough when you wanna go to the range and hit your balls then have to get them.

You can always expect the course to be in good shape! Always fun when able to attempt to drive the green on 9th. Course always has many people on so call ahead for tee times

Nice golf course that is almost always in great shape, even on a bad day it is better than most. Very enjoyable to play with the added views of C5As landing at Westover.

The staff is not very friendly or customer oriented, except to their friends.

The strengths of chicopee are the fairways and layout.

Weaknesses are the sand bunkers and tee bowes. There are alot of rocks in most of the bunkers.

Chicoppe Country club is a great golf course for the average golfer. When you go to chicoppe you will always receive friendly service and green grass. Chicopee is always better in the late spring there are alot of hackers that play the course so by the mid to late summer there are some problems with the greens and tee boxes.

The driving range was just added in 2001 and it is a great range and at a good price.

EXCELLENT CONDITIONS, COUNT ON IT!A nice touch you don't see much is a beer cart. Chicopee has recently added a large deck overlooking the 9th green; a nice place to relax after a long round.

The sand traps need work, the sand should be replaced with a better quality sand (without rocks). There is no place to warm up, the driving range is a grass field, shag your own balls. The putting green is small and in a bad spot, you can get hit by slices off the 9th T. Play is slow and its tough to get T-times.

This course is a true delight to play. The layout is excellent, favoring a draw on most holes. The grass is always green, well manicured and in good shape. The greens are large and fair, except for the 12th (very unfair)!.
Overall, if you are in the area don't miss it! While some of the extras need work, this course is a great track! The cost for 18 is less than you would expect!
