Pristine golf conditions now longer exist at Ballymeade. Sleepy greenskeeper activity evidenced by poor bunker maintenace throughout the course and many unfilled divots. Forget this course if prevailing southwest wind is strong as almost all holes play directly into the wind.

My father was an original member here. This course used to tougher than it is not before they cleared it out. Most of the holes were poorly designed, since the owners used an amateur designer. The course is too difficult and awkward to be fun.

This course is tough and not friendly if you don't hit long and straight. I shot a 65, which is about average for me. I would have shot better but my buddy, Marley Joe, busted out his phatty keefe sack on the 11th and we blazed hard. All you blazers out there, you'll be at home at Balleymeade. You can puff tuff in the fairway without probs. I was doing Riunite and keefe cannonballs from the 11th on. I wouldn't advise taking a whiz on the tees though. The people behind us gave use some grief for that.

A beautiful golf course. Play twilight and get a great deal. Magnificant fairways and green, great layout.

The course doesnt play as long as it says on the card, if you hit the ball straight and a reasonable distance you should play fine.

If you hit the ball off line off the tee you are dead, probably won''t find the ball and if you do you will have no shot at the green.

This course is so nice as well as very challenging. Very highly wooded and bunkered.

Layout

Pricey in the summer,

Played the course twice over the winter. Very challenging a fun layout. Greens and tees where in great shape for the time of year. 18th is a super par five finishing hole with a pond in front of the green.
