Decent price for what you get, good hacker's course

Some holes too short, rough spots on fairways, greens need to be cut shorter.

This is a good course to practice or take a beginner. It is a par 35, but really could be a par 31 or 32. There are a couple par 5's that should be par 4's, I think one is only about 420 yards. There is one par four that is reachable with a high drive over some trees that are guarding the green. The fairways are in OK shape, some rough spots here and there. The greens are the slowest I've ever seen; practice on your carpet before playing here!
