great layout for this once heralded gem on the north shore.The ormer home of the New England PGA has seen its lush fairways decline over the past few years. Tough Greens and challenging holes with lots of water. Course will probably be reduced to nine holes after 07 or 08 season as propertywas recently sold for development.

Long course in good condition

Geese use the course as home during most of the golf season. Clubhouse could use an update

Course seemed to be extremely long to a part-time golfer like myself. Par 4s require at least a 250 yard drive followed by a 200 yard approach shot. Tees and fairways were in great condition
