Shoot in the 90s

After reading the prior reviews of this course, I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly suprised by the condition of the course. The front nine is wide open and i mean wide. My playing friends felt my wrath on the front nine, then some joker stole my ball, so I yelled at him "I hate you" and my friend punched his wife in the mouth.
The back nine is much more challenging, especially the 12th hole which is a monster par 3. We moved the tee boxes up about 75 yards so we could hit at the green.
The course is very busy and jammed packed with Bruce Lee impersonators. It was ok though because the course is herb friendly. Overall, a very enjoyable round and great food. The Filet Mignon, Crab Cakes and Grilled Salmon with Lime sauce was fabulous. The atmosphere was also crazy nice like. Having the tables set up facing the harbor and aquarium is just a great place to pound some totties and get drunk. All in all, a great family place. Oh and the course was decent also and will play again.

Shoot in the 100s

This course is poorly maintained, but for the price what do you expect. It is really 2 golf courses. the front nine is wide open, boring, easy, and has no scenery. The back nine is tight, long (200 yd par 3 & 600 yd par 5), and wraps around the Charles River. Just play 9 holes on the back and you will appreciate the course. Don't bother with 18, it might take you half a day

Shoot in the 100s

I play leo j martin at least once a week despite its lack of maintanence and upkeep. there are few sandtraps and they are full of dirt and the grass is 3 feet long on top of them. The greens are fairly slow but fairly green. There are about 8 holes that are always flooded in the fairway. The people who work there are not very friendly and usually have big mouths. The one good thing is the value it is very cheap like $20 for 18 holes.

Customer Service

the people who work at the golf shop and the starters usually seem irritated and unfriendly but are sometimes nice.
