I myself have not personally golfed here. From what I heard through many of my golf associates is that the course is not that desirable especially for the price. I intended to golf on a weekend there with my brother. An emergency came up and I forgot to call in and cancel. They charged me 180 for 4 when I called in a tee time for 2 people plus with a coupon(which states to tell the club you have it at tee time). I spoke to a manager and conversed about what could be done and he wanted to talk to the regional manager about this issue and said he would call me back. I called him 2 other times after the initial conversation and said he had to call me back since he wasn't able to talk to the RM eventhough he was supposed to be there. I still had not recieved a call back, so I figured I would give it another go. I ended up talk to Ron the general manager and he was extremely rude before we even started talking about my situation. Then he gave me some big spiel about how they lose all of this money from people not canceling. I told him that I understand and apologized for not canceling, I explained that I only setup a tee time for 2 and that I was willing to pay for 2 tee times. He then told me it was my fault and stated that I recieved an email. I did not recieve any confirmation email and I already had admitted that it was partially my fault. He continued on saying it was my fault and was getting very tempermental. I tried to calmly ask him why I should have to pay for 4 when I made a tee time for 2(on top of the fact they never stated to me that there was cancelation fees, I don't think it is good business just to assume such things). He then said he was finished arguing with me and hung up. I was in shock to think they any General Manager in any business would have those horrible customer service skills.

Horrible, if you want bad customer service this is the place to go.
