The par 3''s are all distances that can be reached easily by almost anyone with a shot making club rather than a long wood. The greens are generally flat without very much undulation or extreme angles. They all putt consistent though they can be considered slow to medium speed. Usually stray shots will still be playable. Even though the course is not a difficult layout the lengths of the holes are not short. The average golfer will find ample challenge to reach greens in regulation.

The fairways are definitely not conditioned as well as most courses. The grass does not provide the best lie for balls normally rewarded in the fairway. Sand bunkers are scarce on this course, and of the few there are, they are not maintained consistently.

This is not your spectacular layout by any means. Rather it''s somewhat of a puppy course but not unsatisfying for the decent golfer. The layout is open and only the wildest shot could result in a lost ball. It is a great course for players of lesser talents who are looking for a course to play that won''t totally humble them. It provides enough variety that even the better golfers won''t be bored.
