I've played my neighborhood Hiawatha 3 times. You know how it is when you fish a resort lake - you have to go the opposite side before you fish? Same thing here - Hiawatha is "too close". But I have a definitive review - Hiawatha is...it's too generic. It cannot offer a signature hole or series of changeups to take a golfer "off his/her game".

If you can only be playable and not memorable - you will not be remembered.

Very below average course that is not worth the price. Bland design and average condition.

Holes number 11, 12, & 13... three very good holes.

Long grass in some fairways and water problems. Hopefully the renovation will solve those problems.

Flat but challanging course with good par fours. Currently under renovation that will hopefully solve some water and general fairway conditions.
