This is a nice course with some nice features. There are some problems with the location such as streets, houses, loud families because of the location. It is pretty well kept and the facilities are decent.

Have been playing this course quite a bit for the last four years and it is always in fantastic shape. The greens are fast and true. It may not be the longest but will surely give you a run for your money.

Conditions. Good Driving Range. Clubhouse makes a good burger.

Lack of interesting architectural features and trees. High green fees for what you get.

The greens are nice and fast, and course is in good shape, but that is definitely where the praise ends. Short Yardages (About 5800 Yards all the way back.) Houses everywhere (not going to hit them unless really errant, just makes for an ugly course.) Small saplings for trees. Flat Pasture Land. Overhead power lines which come into play on par 3 #3. Green fees are high.

Well maintaned greens are easy to hit but tricky to putt.

A bit on the short side.

Front nine works its way through the marsh that gives the course its name. Back nine is more open. Greens are large, undulating and F*A*S*T -- best take some practice putts before you try it. While there is plenty of room for an errant tee shot, the fairways are narrow and the rough thick.
