Shoot in the 70s

I played Patrick Farms for the first time a couple days ago and it is a very good test of golf. It's the kind of course that you will use every club in the bag. Some of the par 4's are LONG from the back tees, over 445 yards. Others are short enough to hit 3 wood or long irons off the tee. Many options off the tee. If you don't hit it at least 260-270 with the driver, play the middle tees. The par 5's are also very good. A couple are true three shot holes and the others are reachable in two with very good 3 woods. The par 3's are solid. I used 3 iron to a 7 iron on the par 3's. The greens were very true, not overly fast but fast enough. Very fair off the tees, but the greens are very undulating and three putts may be common if you "miss it" on the wrong section of the green. The course has the GPS on all carts, so this can be helpful. Walking is allowed. Green fee for me was $30. It's somewhat higher than that though. $45-$55 if you don't have "connections". One of the top 2 or 3 courses in Central Mississippi.
