The Green are in fair condition. Fairways are in horrible shape. They are augmenting the grass and they are just about unplayable. Hitting the fairway give you an unpredictable bounce and lie. The rough was more playable then the fairway.

The Grass immediately in front of the green has been augmented in such a way that you can not hope to make a normal approach shoot and land short for a roll on.

The Club house staff was better than some high end courses.

The Ground crew staff was completely unprofessional, driving by while hitting, putting. There were at least five times that ground crew drove right through the middle or our groups shoot. They did not look to see if anyone was on the course. We almost hit tow of them. The even parked less then ten feet from a green, while we were hitting into the green

Beeing a public course, all efforts are made to keep the pace. This also means a bit of forgiveness on the drives.

The cart pass is often in the way off the fairways, which tend to give opportunity for hitting it if you are a little bit off course.

Greens are in good condition, couple of tee boxes are suffering.

The starter are always friendly and helpsome as are the guys behind the counter.

All in all a good a very positive experience.
