Placed this course both before and after they went private. Course is exceptional. Some of the best greens in St Louis. I will say the rough is extremely tough. You've got to take your medicine and get back into play rather than trying to attemp something heroic from far out.

Variety in the layout. No one hole looks the same. High shot value. You will use every club in your bag.

Really are very few if any weaknesses. If you play the wrong tees, you won't enjoy it as much as it can get difficult from the back yardages.

Challenging, but fair, Nicklaus Design golf course. Typical Nicklaus, in that the fairway's are large, and the approach shots more demanding. Large bunkers surround several of the par four greens. Great par 3's and par 5's. One of the best courses in the St. Louis area.
