Outstanding golf course! Didn't take long at all to get there from downtown Reno. The course was in awesome shape and the greens were perfect. I now know why they hold PGA tour qualifying there. I will definately be back to take advantage of the low rates (only $40!!). I would recommend this course to everyone.

Customer Service

Staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we got there until the moment we left.

This course is easily up there with Montreaux and Edgewood, but its public and only costs $40. What a steal!

This course was not as far from Reno as I thought, especially with the new Carson Hwy 50/395 interchange. This really is a gem of northern nevada. Arnold Palmer design with a very friendly staff. They also hold PGA Tour Q-School qualifying here. Grass driving range is a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff

Exceptional golf course!!! Each hole on the facility offers a different challenge. Bring you're A game - Arnie took full advantage of making this a true "Championship" golf course.

Customer Service

Great customer service from the time I checked in until I left the facility. The bar and grille staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Golf course is incredible shape and you will certainly not find one better in the entire Reno or Carson City area better. Water everywhere and Arnonld Palmer keeps you challenged throughout the track with pleanty of opportunities to score.

This Arnold Palmer course is a challenging course for all golfers. The course is provides fast green, tight fairways, and plenty of water and sand to make it fun. The course was well maintained and offers a great round of golf. I look forward to my next trip to Dayton Valley.

Customer Service

Very friendly customer service and has a professinal maintence staff.

This is a very nice course. It's an Arnold Palmer design. Conditions are excellent from tee to green. Good challenge. A good deal of water and sand on all holes. Course is flat, but rough areas have rolly hills. It's a combination of long and target golf. Unfortunately, in the last few months the open desert beauty of the course is quickly going away; there are many inexpensive tract homes lining most fairways. Also, it almost always gets very windy in the afternoons here, so pick you tee time accordingly. This course regularly offers some sort of discount in the newspaper, West Coast value book or High Sierra pass book. It's a bargain for what you get.

Customer Service

Excellent.

A good course. Relatively flat and some holes are surrounded by homes. This course is about fifteen minutes east of Carson City but it is worth the drive. DOn't get discouraged once you turn off of highway 50, there is a golf course out there. This Palmer Course is better than most of the courses in the Carson Valley other than Genoa and Sierra Nevada Golf Ranch, but it isn't as expensive as those. It's always in good shape but just looks a little out of place. It has a trailer type clubhouse and grill and everything just looks undeveloped around it. A work in progress. THe greens are very fast and puttable, there are some shorter holes but some also very challenging water holes. Play this course in the morning before the wind comes up, just like most of the courses in the area
