Extremely dissapointed in this place, My friend lives in Rhodes so I will play there with him from time to time, it is a beginners course which is fine, wide open, no real trouble, grip it and rip it. very lush and green however the greens have been in abysmal shape, very disappointing. If I lived there I would use it for practice but there is no way I would pay full price EVER, for 25$ its a good value but nowhere near the best... so many better courses and better values in Las Vegas. One reviewer noted that the course was lush and green unlike many other Vegas courses that have desert carries, this is true, but because of that it seems less attention can be paid to making sure the greens are in good shape. Desert Golf is a style, courses carved into the desert need to fit, Rhodes seems forced to me.

pleasant staff, no complaints.

RHODES RANCH, PLAYED ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON, OCT 3, 2010. ONLY TWO OF US PLAYED TOGETHER, PACE OF PLAY WAS FINE UNTIL ABOUT THE 14TH HOLE WHEN TWOSOME IN FRONT OF US CAUGHT UP TO TWO FORESOMES. STILL PACE OF PLAY WAS OK AT LESS THAN 4.5 HOURS. NICE COURSE, LOTS OF GRASS EVERYWHERE (INSTEAD OF DESERT CARRY OR ROCKS BETWEEN FAIRWAYS). GOOD FOR MID LEVEL PLAYERS. FREE DRIVING RANGE BALLS, GPS, VERY WELL MAINTAINED.
I WILL GIVE THIS 4.5 STAR AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO PLAY THERE.

Customer Service

ABOVE AVERAGE CHECK IN, NICE CART GIRL, GOOD HELP FROM STARTER.

Good beginner/intermediate course only 15 minutes from south end of LV Strip. Fairways and greens were in great shape and included range balls and GPS were nice perks. Price very reasonable for Vegas.
My only beef was the pace of play (a common problem at the easier courses). By the 3rd hole (a par 3) there were 3 groups stacked up and we waited at basically every hole. Barely got our 18 in before dark with play time clocking at 5 hours and 10 minutes. Didn't see any evidence of the rangers doing anything to speed things up.

I played here on 9/25/09. It was the 1st day they re-opened after overseeding so the fairways were a little sub-par and it was carthpath only, but I knew this before booking the tee time. Got a decent rate of $68 for a visitor rate. My two buddies and I realy enjoyed this course. It was only 15 min from our hotel, Caesar's Palace, and the staff were all nice. Range balls are free and the cart came with Golf Logix GPS. Layout of course is nice and greens were consistent and rolling nice. The 18th hole is a cool finishing hole, with water guarding the green. I would definitely play here again.

Customer Service

Awesome!!! Everyone was cool and courteous. Beverage/cart girls were cute!

This is a fun track in good shape, and the price was decent for a course of this caliber. However, it is the only course I have ever walked off of because the pace of play was SOOOOOOO PAINFULLY SLOW!!!!! Took us over 4 hours to play 13 holes. There were 2-3 groups waiting on eact tee. The Marshalls could care less either. Would never play there again.

Customer Service

HORRIBLE!!!!!! These people don't know the difference between a golf course and a bowling alley.

I love this course. It is always in good conditions. Greens are always consistent and very well kept. The fairways are nice and wide (if I can hit em). Very fair course and also a blast. I have played very tough courses and this one is not that difficult but is it fun. Great layout and awesome price. Definitely one of the better priced courses in the valley. Even though it is cheap in price, it is not cheap in quality.

Customer Service

very good.

Great golf course with luscious fairways and tremendous greens. The par 3 holes are the best i've ever played and the scenery is great.$25 a round on day after Christmas.

Shoot in the 80s

A very fair course with fairly open fairways and subtle greens. Greens are almost always good, or better... Fairway mounding tends to keep errant shots in play. Every putt breaks to the stratosphere tower.

Customer Service

The front line personnel are first rate, but the back office "policy makers" need to rethink there approach to course management.
