This course has improved conditions over the last year. (Past review) Not great, but much better than in the past.(Conditions) Can best be described as a modern layout of a hilly design. Great layout with lots of diversity. Good challenge. A great fun course, for those, that know how to play golf. (90 or better.) One, must play this course a few times to figure it out. The course is walkable but is a very good hike. Best with a cart. Cost, $42 to 55, with cart. Has driving range and cafe with bar. Great fun. Nice view of the city of Reno and the Sierra's

Played this course for the first time. Will never play again. Decent layout but greens were in very bad shape. Fairways were not too bad for a muni course but they gave no discount for recently plug and sanded greens and a rainy day. There were only 16 people on the entire course. 8 were with me. It was a fun and challenging course with lots of mounds and hills and the wind.

Horrible conditions.

This is a decent muni facility run by the Reno-Sparks convention authority. The course has a very nice layout and some nice elevation changes. Good diversity. It rolls and undulates through the foothills of northwest Reno. It''s not a particularly long course. The use of long irons and fairway wood are preferred over the driver. Unfortunately, this course can see a lot of wind. Especially in the afternoon. The winds have made the conditions on this course horrible. Fairways, tees and greens are in miserable shape at this time. Balls run forever. Not a good course for beginners.
