Good use of available terrain features to make some challenges on an otherwise short, flat course. Greens are better than average for this class of course; decent contour and very firm.

Too many areas on the course where players are in danger of being hit. This space is NOT large enough for an 18 hole course! Pace of play was awful... walked off after 5 hours and 15 holes.

OK course for a quick round if you're local, not worth a long ride. Bring your hard hat... they've squeezed 18 holes into a space that formerly held 9 and much of the course is a shooting gallery.
