Terrible tee boxes. Weeds growing on greens where there are not bare spots. Greens are inconsistant but mainly slow putting. Fairways were cut at least. Starts out treelined then it opens up. Took 1 hour to tee off on a Wednesday morning and the round lasted 4 1/2 hours.

Not much of a proshop or dining facility. No starter, cart girl or ranger.

At least when I played it a couple times, priced OK for a cheap round.

Slooooow play, and poor playing conditions.

This is the little course that says "I think I can, I think I can"...but it can't. It is a good value for the price, but that's about it(as long as it's about $20). The course just isn't that well maintained, and the play is sloooow. I would think that a course built on such a nice piece of sandy soil would be in much better condition. The tee boxs and greens are sub-par.
