The creativity of the course layout, and the views. Also, it wasn't too crowded the day I was there.

Poor drainage and bunker conditions.

I truely enjoyed playing this course, Even though it's typical mountain like conditions (not very sandy at all)with poor drainage. I enjoyed the way the course was laid out around the hils/mountain. The only down side was the housing around the course. I also enjoyed seeing the deer prints in the bunkers. That's not something I'm use to seeing in South Jersey.
