Played in the summer with the beachhouse family crowd ahead of me. Had to quit after 9 holes because of an appointment but the nine took over 2 hours due to the families slowing down play. Tee boxes are descent. Greens are a bit slow but well maintained. Only one par 4. I had new irons and this gave me a chance to get a feel for them.

Pay and play, no frills. Airport restaurant next door has edible offerings. There was one groudskeeper wondering around.

Just a 12-hole course, but it is quite nice. Greens are all excellent. Tee boxes and fairways has just been renovated. With the course located close to the back bays, geese are a bit of a problem. Can't be helped though, but nevertheless, it is still an adversity. On hole #3, ball could land on a busy street if sliced. Holes #8 thru #10 are all narrow with water hazards bordering both sides of them. Holes #1 and #7 are chip-shot holes (under 100 yards). Overall, course is very short with 2/3rds of its holes less than 150 yards. It takes a typical golfer just about one hour to go through this course. Cost is $7.50 for the twelve holes, but I feel they should also have a 24-hole rate for, say, about $10.
