This course has been operated by the Township
of Ocean for about three years. They have put a
lot of effort into new tees, fairways and greens and
it is now considered a bargain (green fee). Located close to Asbury Park, Eatontown and Long Branch small well
bunkered greens makes this the ideal test for all levels
of play. Love the place!

Customer Service

Very friendly staff

Poorly maintained. Lots of goose poop. Uneven tee box and many, many bare patches. Greens are uneven and hardly maintained. Cheap and good to walk on after work though.

The Par 4 2nd hole is quite challenging.

The tee areas would be this course's most glaring weakness.

Colonial Terrace Golf Course seems to be maintained fairly well. The greens were in excellent condition. They were quite challenging and fast. The tee areas could be better maintained. I found most of them difficult to tee up on because of the uneven ground. Most fairways were in good condition, although some had a few bear patches in them.

Customer Service

I found the customer service to be quite welcoming. Although I hear that the weekend starter can be rude on occasion.

It offers an extremly difficult hole, the 2nd hole, Par 4, 473 yard dogleg left

This family run walk-on 9 hole par 35 is in fairly good shape connsidering the conditions it was in in the past. The fairways are not impressive, and the tees are far from spectacular, but the greens are fast and in great shape. The course on a hole is fairly well maintained, and for the inexpensive price, is a true bargain

This family run course makes you feel at home, except for the weekend starter, who is pretty unwelcoming
