burgers take about 1 minute

staff is absolutely the worst in the tri state area for a course in this price range.

tees are in terrible condition

sprinklers tend to go off at random on the tee(bring a rain shirt)

played here a few times this summer and it happened every time

fairways do not drain properly

greens are in poor condition

had the privledge of 4 sprinklers going off on one green as a ranger just watched

if your going to pay 90 dollars to play here go drop another 35 and play either mansion ridge in monroe or ballyowen in sussex. you will regret playing here

Course conditions, pace of play.

Very expensive green fees and strick cancellation policy. Once, one member of our foursome had to cancel at the last minute and we had to eat his green fees even though 3 of us were there!

I have played this course many times over the last few years, usually at the crack of dawn. They have an early bird special that makes the green fees affordable. Also, this is one of the few courses you can get on within a half hour of NYC. Usually in good condition, this course has a lot of variety and sme very difficult greens. Course conditions are usually pretty good although fairways get a little wet on the first par 5 on the back 9. Tee boxes are in good shape.

Customer Service

Tee times easy to make, but they are way too strict about cancellation.
