Kudos to to the people who work here nad maintain this course. Although it is early in the year, the course is in fantastic condition. I have read the other reviews and I have to agree with most of them. I have played this course twice. Once from the white tees and once from the black tees. What a diffence from the tips. The course is completely different from the tips and it does offer a challenge. I am going to play this course as often as I can. Great value and the people that work there are always willing to strike up a conversation. For those of you that live in Bergen County, Valley Brook will be open on May 1st. The county will now have 5 courses. Hopefully it will make getting a tee time a little easier.

Condition of BLUE COURSE, GEESE, weekend tee times fill up fast.

For value, friendly personnel, this is a great public course. Red is #1, White # 2 and Blue a distant third but for the in-county golfer, who can complain for $12? Geese are bad as always but RED & WHITE are in good condition (Blue is only fair.)

Nice Greens....short fairways

Slow play. Crowded on weekends.

Three 9-Hole courses. Red, White and Blue. Red and White are played as 18, and is well maintained. Course has a good mix of water and various inclines. Greens are short and fast. Stay out of the heavy-rough as you won't ever find those balls. 4th Hole is pretty as you hit from a loft down to a green surrounded by water on 3 sides. Play can be very slow especially on weekends.

Blue course is nothing like R&W, poorly maintained.
