The home of the 5 & 1/2 to 6 hour round. Nothing but arrogant S.Jersey white trash plays here. The fat ranger just sat under a tree in the shade and did nothing about the abysmal pace of play.

Customer Service

They took my money thats about it

Very good layout. Hillier than one might expect for south Jersey. Greens are large and fast and they have subtle contours that make for tricky putting. Fairways were a bit beaten up and the first cut rough was high. Fairways also are narrow for the most part and stray shots are penalized with rough and trees to avoid. Well landscaped.

Customer Service

Good clubhouse and overall accomidations. Rangers were active all day keeping the play moving.

The course has a challenging layout with a variety of shapes hazards and greens. Fairways were well cut and a good first cut as well. Rough was not excessive in most places. Hazards could use some cleaning up or renewal. Fairways' in general and for this time of the year, are in good shape. Tee boxes are in need of attention, especially Par 3's (as to be expected). Greens are hard and fast, although not super fast like Deerwood. Greens are well maintained: no weeds, minimal bare spots. Ranger was visible and tried to keep order. Round ran about 4 1/2 hours and the wait at the tees was moderate. Water needed to be replenished at at least one spot. Pricey, for a course of this type.

Customer Service

Proshop people were friendly and helpful. Starter was missing. No cart girl. Water needed replenishing at at least one station. Ranger kept the rounds moving. Groundskeepers were busy. Facilities were ok but nothing exceptional.

Great course, the best conditioned in the area (except for the high priced courses). It isn't the cheapest around, but well worth the money ($45 w/cart on a weekday afternoon). Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all top notch. The course layout is great with a wide variety of tee boxes for every level of playa. There are several signature type holes and not one goofy type like are often seen on other (nameless) courses in the area. There are homes lining almost every hole on at least one side which introduces a lot of OB possibility. There is a good screen of trees and brush for most homes so they are largely unobtrusive, but several back yards are wide open to view with screaming kids and such. This would be one of the down sides here, the other being the often slow pace of play. They have rangers aplenty here, but they seem uninterested in advancing slow players around and there are no signs or guidelines about slow play. This has to be expected with tight fairways, tall trees, numerous OB, a few water hazards, and difficult, demanding holes. But they could do a bit better job. Overall highly recommended, a wonderful place to play golf.

Customer Service

Not horrible in any way, but substandard in all. Soft drink machines broken, snack shop closed, no bag boys or drink cart girl. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a pretty good course. A few years back they had a serious problem with the course, but they have recovered nicely. There are some tight fairways and some tricky holes. They have one of the hardest par 4's in SJ on the back nine. I don't know if it's worth the money the ask, but it is without a doubt worth playing at least once. And it's worth the extra drive. I had no problem with the pace of play.

Customer Service

OK.

It's a fun golf course, you can hit alot of different shots there. The back nine is atleast 2-3 shots tougher than the front.
