Shoots in the 100s

very hilly course and an excellent change of pace from flat boring courses. if you are from Union County and not using the county card to play the three UC courses, you are missing out. GHGC also has a single nine thats great for twilight golf. if its hot, you will need a cart unless you are part goat, but thats half the fun: the elevation. old school clubhouse to have a beer, which is slated to be renovated to hold NJGA. support your local courses or they might go away.

Customer Service

not bad. if peeps are moving slow, call for a ranger.

Shoots in the 70s

As a young golfer in high school, this course would be good for a nice, quick, short, round. The terrain makes it tougher then it looks.

Customer Service

very nice people working.

Shoots in the 90s

Decent layout, lots of elevated greens. Tends to get crowded on weekends and lots of beginner golfers with the extra nine. Fairways and tee boxes get very chewed up.

I always find myself coming back to this course. It is a great place to get your game back into shape. The people are very nice and there aren't many hackers out there. Most of the time, I go very early by myself and wind up with a good person to play with. On price and you can play the whole day.

Shoots in the 90s

A very nice course. Let's hope they keep it that way and not fall back into the old habits before the renovation. Each week there seems to be asthetic improvements such as white fences, new cart paths, etc.... Greens are much better this yr.

Customer Service

Very friendly staff.

Shoots in the 90s

I loved this course. The shame is, it could be better. Some of the holes are really terrific, challenging and pretty. Teeing off 75 feet above or below a green with a big dog right or left is common. Others seem to just be thrown out there to round out 18 holes. More positives than negatives though.

Customer Service

Friendly folks, not much going on in the tiny clubhouse.

Shoot in the 90s

Very hilly course with suspect greens. None of the thr greens match up with putting surface. Course is set up very nice with some challenging holes. Not too many straight par 4's were you can just shoo it ou there, and the par 5's are reachable in 2 if you have the muscle. Par 3's need some work. Over all a enjoyable Union county course. Still don't understand the tee time system though. You can easily walk on, playing the 9 hole and the front 9 of the 18.
