Interesting and visually appealling. Pace of play was pretty good, especially considering it was in "in season".

I enjoyed playing this course. It was pretty well maintained. Don't get me wrong, it's no Blue Heron, but it also doesn't cost as much. I found it fun and interesting. It's worth a little extra driving.

A nice walk or ride. Especially good for a laid-back round. Never crowded.

Course conditions not quite up to standards. Facilities have a 1970''s look to them.

I have played Ponderlodge about 6 times while on vacation in Cape May. The course is flat and many of the fairways are lined by open stands of trees, so it is hard to lose your ball. That being said, there are enough bunkers, water hazards, and drainage areas to keep you alert. The course is fairly well maintained. A few greens are in need of repair. Greens fees are competitve with other area couses.
