Variety of holes, no two holes feel similar, tough but fair greens. Course was in excellent condition when I played in the fall.

No driving range makes begiing with a par 5 really tough. Put a range in and this would be a 4.5 or 5 rating.

This may be a shorter yardage course, but it can be challenging. Narrow landing areas on some fairways, challenging lies, blind approaches on the front 9 make it interesting. The "new" 9, holes 10-18 are more wide open but plenty of fescue can make it challenging.
