Shoots in the 100s
This is my home course, I live nearby and play it at least 12-15 a year. (I prefer Westcheter however). Don't be fooled, just because it's a city course, it is not an easy one. The 1st two holes alone are long and longer respectively. The layout is different. the original #15-18 were at what is now I-87/NY State Thruway. The new #15 - 18 are the "hill holes" and will eat you up after playing the first 14. Save some stamina for the last 4 holes. This is a course that plays like a marathon, not a wind sprint. Take time to enjoy it. They have a great early bird. You get 11 holes for $24 on the weekends before 630am! 9 ins't enough and 18 is too long before work, but 11 holes is just right. You play #8-18 and off around 8ish and off to the office! CLose to the subway too. Customer Service The pro in the shop is a bit dry, but very nice and works hard to get you out there and squeeze you in as a walkon. Shoot in the 90s
A short course with nice hills and plenty of trees. Most of the construction is finished, so it's no longer a "par 3" course with all those temporary tees. As long as your riding, Van is a lot of fun. Customer Service reservations are easy to make, front desk staff are all courteous and friendly Similar Products Used: restaurant serves Guinness, need i say more? |

Will be a nice course after construction is completed. Right now, many holes are being renovated and you will be playing off temporary tees, etc. Lots of roped-off areas and ditches. Looking forward to seeing the new water-holes! Similar Products Used: None |
