Not a very long course, but can be challenging at times. Fairways are narrow, but rough is relatively unobtrusive. Quality of tee boxes varies from pro course level to down right chewed to pieces (mostly by irons on par 3s). Fairways are well cut, but are of poor quality grass. Though, despite the not-so-great quality of both the fairways and the tee boxes, the greens are always in fine shape, well watered and well cut. They play very fast, and sometimes downright difficult (#9, 14, 15). Course would be more attractive to new members if not for the constant construction and redesigning over the past 3 years. If one hole is not being dug up, another one is. I have been a member there 3 years, and could probably show 7 different score cards. Despite these things, it is all in all not a bad course. If you are looking for a test of accuracy and not necessarily distance, I would recommend this course. It is also great for beginning golfers or weekend golfers.
